It may happen that a PO number is not created and updated. There are several reasons why this can occur;


  • The order is still marked as announced.

              In that case, the order must be set to final and reprocessed.

  • The order was not properly processed and caused an error.

              In that case, try processing the order again. There may have been a temporary connection issue.

  • There is a problem with the FTP connection. The requests are sent to the financial department's server. No response is sent from there.
